Move "My Assignments" to the homepae

The current homepage does not show priorities or make it easy to see what work is due soon or overdue, we have to rely on the "my assignments" section. It would be very helpful to have this view on the homepage as a tab.

Add horizontal scrollbar to page/asset pane and model windows.

As a CMS user, the page pane, asset pane, and page/asset selector modal should display horizontal scroll bars when trying to view deeply nested content items. This will improve navigation and prevent content item names from being cut off.

Category Page will not retain its Resized status

Often, I need to resize the Category Left Hand Pane when categories are expanded. This left-hand pane reverts back to its original size once I've click on a Category to Edit. Could this pane keep the size set?

Support for JSON scalar type for XhtmlString field in OptiGraph

We would want to have support for JSON scalar type for XhtmlString fields in OptiGraph. The format is already use in the CD API (check the image attached). In OptiGraph response the XhtmlString appears now just in one JSON string.
