Allow to configure file upload maximum size on nginx server

A good client of ours asked us to implement a feature to allow him to upload files via the storefront that will give additional informations on quotes.
Unfortunately, the fact that the upload size limit on the server is 5MB and we can not configure the maximum size limit currently blocks us from delivering the feature since most of the files are more than 5MB.

It would be very usefull to have access to a setting to configure this value, up to a certain limit.
