Plan fields allow for "or" condition, not just "and"

We would like the ability to use fields when doing filtering in the Plan view with an 'or' condition, not just 'and'.

For example, if someone wants to see all of the tasks they're watching and tasks they have an assigned step in, they currently have to set up two separate views. If we were able to use an 'or' criteria, in this example we could set up a view that includes Watching OR Assignee to include both types of tasks.
