How do we leverage the redirects manager feature in CMS in a headless CMS mode. What are the different ways in which the front end application can access the redirects created through redirects manager so that it could serve the right URL. Provide API's to access the redirects created in CMS

    Hi Anish,

    That is correct. The Content Cloud does not have official support for redirects, but custom implementations, such as the Redirect Manager that you have found, have been used by developers to mitigate this.

    There is a somewhat related product idea on the Customer Feedback portal https://feedback.optimizely.com/ideas/CMS-I-281. If this is something that gets much attention from users, we will happily look into ways to implement it.

    Okay. Could you please confirm then redirects manager or redirects feature is not supported in CMS and it's not a native CMS feature in Optimizely?

    This request relates to a third-party add on, created by some users of the CMS, rather than by Optimizely. I would recommend directly reaching out to the developers of this feature on github: https://github.com/huilaaja/RedirectManager
