Dark mode theme

The CMS UI is mostly white, which can be straining on the eyes. I'm convinced that adding the option to switch to a dark themed interface would be greatly appreciated by a lot of users. The option could also be automatically configured based on browser preferences.

    After we upgraded to the newest version, with CMS 12, we've gotten feedback from editors that the UI is painfully light. Please reconsider this request.

    I'd love to have dark mode, but our current design system does not support it. (=it is not a CMS-only solution that's needed) I passed down the request to the Design team to see if this is something we might be able to support in the long run across Optimizely. I'll keep the feedback item open so we can get more votes for it, and promote it to Future Consideration, but with the explicit caveat that we might not be able to build this for quite a while.

    Yes this! the Optimizely UI colors are so similar for everything they are very hard to differentiate. Or more difference in colors.
