Ability to edit Custom metada in the Cart Details page

It would be great if we were able to display custom metadata at the cart level and allow the Customer Service agents to edit those attributes before they convert to a Purchase Order.

Ability to add order notes in the cart detail page

It would be helpful if the Customer Agents could add additional notes at the cart level when they are building a customer's cart. This would need to be saved in the PO.
